Where to go?

Hi. DD and I are going away for two nights, we need somewhere that is easy to drive/reach by train.
DD is 9 and has mobility issues at present, and pain when walking.

Am thinking maybe a theatre/ seaside pier show and a hotel with a lovely pool. All ideas welcome please.

I'm in Lincolnshire.

How about heading for Birmingham? Could do show at hippodrome / Alex / symphony hall and then maybe combine with Cadbury world / Alton towers water park depending on her mobility? Think tank in the centre us also great and there's an IMAX cinema.
