ice skating rink is good, also the caves are interesting and Nottingham Castle lovely for a picnic if you have nice weather :)

Theatre royal? Believe they've got shriek on at the moment? Is it just nottingham centre or can you out and about too?

Windmill is quite interesting (and free!) but a bit out of town? Ditto stone bridge farm.
