Blackpool advice please!

DH and I have just booked two nights in Blackpool at the beginning of August with our 2 year old. We know there is lots to do there but just wondered if anyone could point us in the direction of attractions that our 2 year old DD will really enjoy?
We've already decided to take her to the water park as she loves being in the water, slides etc.
We're staying in a hotel that's about 30 minutes walk away from the Pleasure Beach and it has parking for the car so we'd like to leave the car and walk with the buggy where possible.

You will find plenty to do...it's all there. Pleasure beach, water park, beach, tower, fish n chips, trams...you'll have no trouble keeping yourselves entertained. Happy holiday

I was going to add the zoo, it has its own parking

Ohh we're off to Blackpool next Monday. We're going with a 6 year old so prob different things we plan to spend Monday afternoon when we arrive at the water park Tuesday at the beach, Wednesday at the pleasure beach (might be too old for a 2 year old) Thursday zoo. I'm sure there's other things. Donkey rides, crazy golf going to the pier. Really looking forward to it. 1 more week at work :)

The zoo is nice, there's also a smallish aquarium

There is a car park next to the Sandcastle - I think it was about seven pounds for a whole day, so take loads of change.

The front is a great walk. The tram is good, too.

We went shopping and to the arcades - we had such fun.

We do the Premier Inn deal - low room rate and free breakfasts for kids - and the one just outside Blackpool is really good because the rooms are particularly big. We liked it so much, it is the first one we are going back to.

The zoo is great for a day out as is Stanley Park which is across the road
you will have to get a bus or take the car to the zoo and the park but they are fairly frequent and the park has a great big lake and lots of space to run around in

Nickelodeon land at the pleasure beach has rides for little ones.

Jungle Jims soft play in Blackpool Tower.

Sea life centre.

Illuminasia at Winter Gardens.

St Annes prom is lovely for toddlers- beach, pier, mini train, crazy golf, trampolines etc!

For future referance can I recommend the Premier Inn ,Yeadon Way.
The pub next door has a play centre too.
This Premier Inn is set two blocks back from the sea front near The Pleasure Beach/Sandcastles end.
Once we've parked in the free car park we don;t have to use our car again till we leave.
We visit often because my son is obcessed with the Pleasure Beach.

Hi. Have just returned from Blackpool. If you shop at Tescos and use the vouchers, they are excellent for all Blackpool attractions. £50 of vouchers got tickets for pleasure beach, zoo, madame tussauds and sea life centre. Fantastic value.

Beware Jungle Jims in the Tower. It looks fantastic but its £6.50 for one hour, you have to go during designated times and according to my 8 yr old son its not a very good soft play.
