Weekend away taking 5 month old

Does anyone have any recommendations where to go for a weekend away?
It's our 10th wedding anniversary so we'd like to go away, but will be taking our 5 month old.
A nice hotel, interesting city/town/village, needs to be in the uk, In the south.
