NW London swimming pool?

Have a few days in London coming up (work). I normally swim most days and was wondering if anyone has any good swimming pool suggestions? I mainly do lane swimming, obviously. I'm going to be in north west London (based near Regents Park) and was thinking of either the Oasis (like the sound of the Lido) or Swiss Cottage-but not sure if you can use those as a non member?

The Oasis pool is good and you do not have to be a member. You pay to swim and can use either/both pools.

you can use swiss cottage as non member its public pool.

you could try getting a free pass to try out the virgin active swiss cottage .
or get work to pay for you to stay at a hotel with pool...
