Soho Restaurant

Can anyone recommend a nice, not too expensive (but not a chain) restaurant in Soho?

I'm taking a couple of my friends out for lunch next weekend and wanted to go somewhere a bit 'different', eclectic perhaps?

We won't have kids with us, so doesn't need to be particularly child friendly. Any food were not fussy! Just wondered if anyone's stumbled upon a good'un!?

I like Pescatori...not quite Soho, one in Dover Street, one in Mayfair somewhere.
Poshish italian/seafood.

I tend to wander and gawk at menus...I love doing that and not having plans....especially at lunchtime.

I like Bob Bob Ricard.

I was just remembering today how amazing my meal in Vinoteca Soho was - had one of the best steaks ever there, and the chips were awesome! It gets very busy though, so expect to fight through people!

Try Mildred's if you like vege food.
