I'm going to Brighton for the weekend soon with a friend (girls' weekend) and would like to book ahead a restaurant for the Saturday evening. We both like pretty much anything food-wise but would like to go somewhere with a good 'buzz' but where we can relax and stay a while without feeling rushed. Any recommendations please?
