I'm looking for a self catering 'cottage' to take my husband away to for his 40th birthday at the end of October. It would need to be near to good food and pub (walking distance) and ideally have hottub or other 'special feature'. We are in the east midlands and he has mentioned yorkshire - we love the countryside - so i think within a two hour journey from Lincoln really unless uber special. I think it will be a long weekend.
Has anyone got any ideas please? I have around £500......
