I am a nanny with years of experience but recently has done a sleep training course. I am looking for families with children who have difficulty sleeping through the night. Being an MNT qualified practitioner I aim to provide professional advice to solve your child's sleep problems. Before the actual sleep training ( 3-5 nights) we'll discuss your concerns and i will give you information about the various routines available to solve your problems. You can choose which method you feel most comfortable with. There are way more methods than just to 'let the child to cry until he falls asleep'.
