Off there on Saturday, have a static caravan for a week. Recommended to us by college of DH. Would like to hear MNs views on it if anyone has been and whats to do nearby .

Thanks

don;t know the caravan park but have been to the area. Corfe castle is a nice ruined castle, and has a nice National trust tea shop, there's a steam railway in the area (can't remember where it runs from..). Studland bay is gorgeous - there's a NT chop and cafe, but don;t go too far if nudists bother you - the northern half is nudey and, I have to say, when I was there the nudey prods on the beach didn;t bother me but the odd couple or two getting on down in the dunes did...it#s a relaly lovely area. I'm sure you'll have a lovely time

Brownsea Island is worth a day out too, costs about £17 on the ferry but if you're NT members then the entrance to the Island itself is free.

Durdle Door is impressive but the walk down to it (or rather the walk back up!) is a tough one, so best not for littlies.
