Beeson/Beesands or Avonwick?

I can't decide! Seen two gorgeous sc cottages. Virtually same spec and price.

Beesands, it is beautiful and lots of other beaches around, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth are close. Avonwick is a funny village, not an awful lot there, but it's 5 minutes from the A38 if you want to visit Plymouth/Exeter.
