Can anyone recommend a nice place to eat with the kids (5 and 3) in the Holbeach area. I want to find somewhere with decent healthy food and somewhere the kids will be able to stretch their legs and play for a while. We'll be travelling from the midlands to the Norfolk coast and want to find somewhere good for lunch.

At Springfields Outlet centre (about 5 miles from Holbeach) is a Frankie and Benny's. There are also really lovely gardens and play areas that you could explore to blow off steam. There is also Baytree Garden Centre at Spalding with a large soft play area that serves food and the garden has a nice restaurant attached.

Have you thought of asking on your Local Mumsnet?

I am the editor of the Lincs site (hence my really exciting name!) Grin and am trying to drive traffic to the site. I am trying to build the local listings up so if anyone has any recommendations please list them :-)

As a local girl I would also recommend Springfields. They have a lovely restaurant in the garden centre, a soft play area and lots of outlet shops.
