Available - 3 Bed Caravan Camber Sands 18th Aug 1 week

Due to a prior arranged appointment (will be having ds1 ) our caravan will be empty for the week. Is anyone after a last minute holiday enjoying this glorious weather? All mod cons with washing machine and no restrictions over booking in/out time.

It's close to Rye/Hastings on the East Sussex/Kent borders. Ideally we're looking for someone for 7 nights as I won't be able to get down there to do multiple hand-overs. We're looking for around £450 but are open to best offers.

That's okay Giddy1 - I can understand dh's point of view. Our dds are 8 and 5 and can do their own thing when they're down there - all I have to do is deal with newborn and a dh

It has 3 bedrooms - twin; bunk & double. Might possibly be able to do the nights of 18th and 19th as a friend is interested in the Monday. Ideally a 7 night booking would be more convenient for us.

Ok. We,, friend that I'm going with is coming back from another hol (!) on Monday. I'll talk to her and see what she thinks. How much would you want for those 2 nights if it were still available?

Hi Mojomummy - it is still available. We normally stay in the caravan for the most of the holidays and at weekends but it will be empty this particular week due to me being in hospital having ds1 that week (unless he has other ideas!). We only rent out to people we know (so that includes Mumsnet ). I do have photo's I can send you if you wanted - my email address is Mrs_Recycle at yahoo.co.uk.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms (double, twin and bunk). It has a microwave, gas cooker (piped gas), tv-dvd, washing machine - it is basically home from home for us. We are situated on the quiet part of the site - overlooking fields. There is lots to do, come rain or shine, the beach is a blue flag one - sandy & safe, there are 4 shallow indoor swimming pools, Sparkey's Kids Krew club, indoor soft play area, a non-smoking Boathouse restaurant/sports bar, evening entertainment (Bucks Fizz were there the other week).

Also, there are no restrictions on check in/out time and no queues to worry about.

Close to Hastings, Dymchurch, Rye, New Romney (Steam Railway).
