Clean/hygienic accommodation on a farm?

Need somewhere very clean for my DD1 who has an underlying medical condition. Each time I think I've found somewhere I read a review to say its dirty/not cleaned properly. Needs to be no pets allowed as well.

Can anyone recommend anywhere in the UK, either midlands or north, where you felt it was well kept and clean? Wooden floors better than carpets. I think she'd love to be on a farm but I can't find anywhere like that. Thanks

Doesn't have to be a farm actually, am getting desperate, as long as it's very clean and has a few things to do nearby with toddlers will go anywhere!

There is an allergy free holiday company somewhere.

Not cheap though, but everything is dusted, wooden floors, hypo allergenic bedding etc. I know they have a place in Cornwall. I think it's in Fowey.
