Glamping- Toilets?

Has anyone gone glamping? What happens for toilets?

Featherdown have a 'traditional' toilet in the 'hut' comprising of a wide wooden plank with a hole and a flushing toilet. It's not very comfortable ! Also they have toilets in the shower block
