Large holiday home recommendations??!!

We are looking for somewhere no more than 4 hrs from Edinburgh, sleeps 18, family friendly? Looking for 2nd to 5th Jan 2014. Anyone stayed anywhere nice that would fit the bill?

Do you want to leave Scotland? We regularly book.S/C In Scotland and have a party size similar so could recommend a few!

Try Garmoran Square in Acharacle (group of cottages) or Arisaig House where you could take the whole of the big house, or the cottages. Or Kinlochmoidart House sleeps about that number. These are places near where I live and all lovely but very different. However, you might struggle for those dates.

Oh Garmoran square is amazing.

It might be worth just ringing a few of the companies that specialise in larger properties and seeing what they have left for those dates.
