Off next week for a week, booked by family. Forecast looks dire. Anyone got any tips for days out if it is wet?

Well definitely pack your wellies and waterproofs and I am sure that you will have a lovely week. Here are a few ideas:

Walks on Daymer Bay + rockpooling, Polzeath, Rock beach.
Cinema in Wadebridge
Take the ferry from Rock to Padstow. Take a boat trip on the Jubilee Queen from Padstow Harbour.
Have lunch at Fifteen at Watergate Bay, or coffee at the Beach Hut
Walk the coast path - you can park at Lundy and go for a spectacular walk down to the beach
Trevathan Farm Tea Room & park at St Endellion
At Newquay is the Blue Reef Aquarium, Waterworld swimming pool & a lovely zoo
Watch the waves from the Port William pub at Trebarwith
Boscastle is worth a visit
Have a walk in the woods at Cardinham and visit the fantastic Woods cafe
Crealy has a large indoor play area. And there is also Kidzworld at St Austell which is next to a large indoor market open on Sat/Sun
The Eden Project is good on a rainy day
Lanhydrock House is a very interesting place to visit
Kingsley Village at Fraddon is a shopping destination for local foods and lots of other stuff
Trelawney Garden Centre in Wadebridge has a large shop & great cafe
If you fancy a scenic train ride, go from Liskeard to Looe.
Trago Mills is at Liskeard, which is a very 'interesting' shopping destination. I wouldn't count this as a fun day out!
Heartlands is at Pool and has a playgrounds, arts & craft studios, cafe etc

I was going to say Lanhydrock and Heartlands. Trerice National Trust is very good too.
