We're out for a day by the beach sand in every possible crevice and I've got it in my head that we should have traditional fish and chips for tea. I thought they'd be loads of cafes etc here but sadly not. There are two places but they're only take away which we don't really fancy (and which the nice man in the ice cream shop said weren't all that). So, can anyone recommend anywhere in the vicinity of Walton-on-the-Naze? We don't mind driving up to 20 minutes or so. Thanks!
