Hi, I'm stumped for ideas for a cheap break in the UK during the 6 weeks holidays - and when I say cheap, I mean as cheap as poss as I'm also watching the pennies! Ideally easy to get to from London by train with enough amenities closeby to entertain a toddler and a 10 year old. Thanks

Haven, butlins type places do short stays so keeps cost down.
We drove to the local Haven site and had a look around, some of the private caravans had phone numbers in the window so we booked direct with the owner and got it for half price
Cheaper B+B on the local coast?
Sorry I cant help more my specialist subject is the North West and North Wales coast, lots of places that would suit your needs but too far

A hoburne site? My cousin lives by one and regularly gets the train up to London to see me
