Help! Half term ideas

Hello,
My teenage son wont fly, my husband wont cruise (my favourite). I have to do separate holidays usually, but this half term it would be nice to all go somewhere for a week together!!
Any, (and I mean any, I'm desperate!) ideas about where to go would be gladly received. We will have two 17 year old boys with us.
We have "done" North Yorkshire and North Wales to death already.
Sorry to be vague.
Thank you!!

Ferry to the Channel Islands?

If the teens are into surfing, there's an excellent beach to the west of Jersey; waterspouts good all round. Plenty of other stuff to do too.

Ooh yes I do fancy the Channel Islands! Think I might be able to coax my other half on a boat for a short journey.
Thank you. It's on my list now.

I'd recommend north Cornwall. You can then boot the boys out to surf all day - even if the weather's a bit rubbish. Watergate Bay has a great watersports centre.
I'm a bit biased, as I know these guys, but Harbour Holidays have some nice holiday cottages in Rock, Padstow and the surrounding area.

Thank you I will give it a Google!

Don't forget Eurostar if you want to go to Belgium or France. Amsterdam can be interesting, but the teens might find it interesting in ways you might not.

Ha ha! Yes! They are 16 & 17. I might need to get the toddler reins out!
