Things to do around Winchelsea and Rye

We are off on a little break to Winchelsea Sands for October half term. Does anyone have any suggestions of things to do with a 4 year old active boy?!

We are a 10 min drive from Rye.

Thanks

There is plenty to do around Rye, a walk along the harbour and I know that there is a play park near the harbour also. As you are staying at Winchelsea Sands, if you drive / walk along to the sea wall, you are straight onto the beach although weather in October may not be beach worthy (who knows with the weather these days though Wink

If you come over to Hastings, there are plenty of arcades and also a children's play centre called Clambers which is great for kids

Also, in Ashford (about 40 minute drive from Winchelsea Sands) is another children's play centre called Imagine which I have been told is excellent!

I live in Hastings so often take the kids to these places! Hope this has helped? Happy holidays! x

Thank you! I'm looking forward to a change of scenery and a break. Hope it doesn't rain!
