Been suggested as a meet up good half way point for some friends and their DCs

Food is great but £££

Cinema is good but £££

Shops are shit.

Not been insoft play

Thanks just wondered if it would be an ok place to meet up for a couple of hours and eat.

Yes probably a good place to meet up for a couple of hours but like previous poster said it's not cheap. Plenty to look at. There's an outdoor play area too I seem to remember, but need to pay to use it.
Nicer than a service station if it's part of a journey.
