Holiday cottages prices

What kind of price would you consider to be a good deal for a very nice cottage in the welsh countryside ? Our cottage sleeps 5 and I would be interested to know what people expect to pay at different times of the year for fortnightly, week long and 2 or 3 night breaks . Thanks.

You seem to post a lot about a cottage that sleeps 5 in Wales, longcod...

Not sure this is a sound basis for your business as everyone will come back with something different and the price you pay depends on whether it has stars on not, what's included, how nice it looks in the pictures, how much money you have etc etc. doubt anyone will give you the same price tbh. i run my own business and would suggest you have a chat with business link (or whoever is local) about a good business plan. This will be used to help set your pricing policy and will include benchmarking with others offering the same, better and worse product prima facie. Whatever business you are in this is where it all starts!

Have a look similar properties and price accordingly.

all of longcods posts have been deleted because of advertising.

is that the only reason you post?
