Good Destination for a Girls (in their 40s) Weekend?

Needs to be in the UK, central-ish as the 7 of us are strewn across the country.

Nothing too wild, been there down that (can't take the pace/hangovers anymore!)

Center Parcs is a possibility because of spa.

Also thought about a health farm type thing...... definitely a spa needs to be involved and possibly shopping (realise CP doesn't do shopping but its an old favourite of ours)

Bath - pick one of the spa hotels really easy to get to and no need to drive as the train connections from around the uk are good.
