New Year's Eve holiday cottage/barn converstion getaway for 4 families with two dogs somewhere north-ish, can anyone help with my search?

We looking to go away with friends for a few nights over new year with kids and hopefully dogs but trawling through websites there doesn't seem to be anything big enough that costs under £2K. We're happy to bunk it in basic accommodation, we just want to get away after the madness of Christmas

Can anyone suggest anywhere (or do any MNers own such a house? ) within a few hours drive of Leeds.

i think Little Edstone take pets in some of the cottages, but not sure which.
