Moving To Brighton

Can anyone give me some advice please about Brighton,thinking of moving(renting a house)there but dont know the area well,would like to know the good and bad about Brighton?
I have 2 kids (16yrs+11yrs)

come to our Brighton lunch meet on sat, we can tell you loads. My kids are same ages as yours :)

Cant make it sat,sorry,i live in merseyside,looking into booking a trip to brighton in the next couple of weeks,
Would be very grateful for any info please.

Expensive to rent or buy, have you looked at houses online to see how they compare?
Fantastic city IMO, but what would you regard as the good and bad points?
I like the inclusive atmosphere, the independence and the festivals, concerts and theatres. Most of the schools are pretty good too.

Thanks will have a look online to compare house prices,is there any areas to be careful of when choosing somewhere to live?
