Hotel booking websites

Where do you book hotels?

Have looked on booking.com and expedia but are there other good travel sites. Am looking for hotels in the UK.

We use trip advisor to work out what the place is really like. Some you have to take with a pinch of salt - really over the top with praise or the opposite - but we have always found it to give a fair idea of what you are getting. From there you can click through to websites as most decent places now let you book/reserve on line
