Centerparcs is way beyond our budget for October week but I'd like to go somewhere where our 8 yr old and 2 tots will be entertained. Would Ribby Hall be a good option?

We have been to Ribby Hall many times and enjoyed it, as you say its much more reasonable than centre parcs but there are far less activities but for younger children there are things to do eg horse riding, climbing wall, bike hire and boat hire. There is also a small pool and leisure complex. We liked it because it was close to home. There are a range of prices for accommodation from the basic to the lodges with hot tubs etc. It is not as busy as Centre parcs in terms of sheer numbers of people as the site is much smaller and activities but that may well be just what you are looking for.

Thanks slippers are activities included or do you shell out once there?
