We are thinking of staying at centre parcs in August. Which accommodation have people stayed in. Which would you recommend or not!!

We usually opt for Executive lodge as you get maid service and a great big jacuzzi bath - bloody luverly!

Booked to go in Sept so not been yet, but someone who has been told me that the cheapest lodges are a bit too basic and also full of hen and stag do's. We opted for the third one up in terms of expense (ie towels and toiletries provided and no bunk beds!)

I've never experienced a stag or hen do mid week and it wouldnt matter what accomodation you would be in really as its all mixed up and they would be more of a problem in the pool etc.

The new woodland lodges are very nice though.

I'd second the new woodland lodges. You have to take your own rubbish out but all new furnishings and wooden floors better than the old carpet we had in an executive lodge!

i stayed in an executive lodge before (old style) at longleat and wouldn't go any more basic than that.
