English KS3 & GCSE tutor in/around Farnham

I appreciate that this is a long shot!

I’m trying (unsuccessfully) to find an English tutor for my DC, who is about to start year 7 - ideally to take them all the way to GCSEs.

I’m looking for a qualified teacher who is good at challenging and developing an able and hardworking DC. A lot seem more geared to reluctant learners to develop their confidence and that approach doesn’t work for my DC.

I think in person is best for English, but am happy to be corrected!

Does anyone have any recommendations?
