Hi all,
A good friend of mine and I are looking to start a tuition company after seeing the current state of the scene right now.
A current list of problems we have so far seen are:
- One-Size-Fits-All Approach
- Lack of Individual Attention
- Rote Memorization methods
- Huge classes
Are there any other faults you guys have noticed?
What do you guys think are crucial traits required by tuition companies to succeed in the education of children of this generation?
Any insight would be appreciated
