ISEB English - all multiple choice??

My son had been doing some Atom for the ISEB - I just bought some BOFA pre-tests just to see if they gave us anything new and he tells me that in the BOFA English pre-test they have to type answers in - there even seems to be an audio section? In Atom it is all multiple choice, which is what I thought the ISEB was too…. Does anyone know? We are at a school which has never done an ISEB test before.
Many thanks

Hiya, there might be a tiny bit of typing: Atom (like BOFA) usually has some questions on the English and the Verbal where answers have to be typed in. But with Atom, like the real ISEB, students will only ever be asked to type one word or at at most a very short phrase in answer (e.g. "Complete this idiom which means 'too many people getting involved can ruin the result': TOO MANY COOKS SPOIL THE ....." and they would have to type in BROTH)
