Hi,
I am looking for English and French tutoring for my daughter for I-GCSE next year. What is the best way to reach good experienced tutors as there are plenty of options available on on line search. I live in Stanmore.
Should it ideally be a face to face lesson?
Please share your experience and advice.

Many Thanks in advance.

ideally face to face and by recommendation. Join your local Face Book group and ask for advice there. Have a trial lesson - don’t pay up front for a series of sessions.

Tayberry.org.uk are brilliant, have a look at their results. We've used them for 5 gcse subjects last year and she got all 8/9s
They focus on confidence and the lessons are all bespoke Smile

Did you find a French tutor? :)

Hello. I am a private tutor. My subjects are English and French. I am bilingual and have tutored both subjects for many years, with excellent results. In person is probably best especially if the student is not yet a teenager but for GCSE and A Levels I am finding my students perfectly happy and focussed when working with me online
