Hi , we have a fantastic online tutor , I’m just wondering if I should give her extra money for Xmas
Does anyone give a bit extra ?

I like to send a card. Or a thank you poem with money in a envelope as well as a short letter of appreciation/recommendation. You could always get her a bottle of nice wine, a potted plant, a cheap gift card or some flowers instead. Other options include a smile, a positive mindset and the like.
