What did you find to be the biggest and/or most persistent problem in finding a tutor or during the course of tutoring?
Was it finding the right person, or scheduling, or making sure the tutor is doing a good job... or something else? How did you go about solving it?
Feel like I don't know what I don't know on this one & want to be prepared
