Becoming a tutor

Thinking of doing this to get a bit of extra money. Been teaching English GCSE for 5 years in Portsmouth. A couple of questions...

Is there any sort of process or do I just say I'm a tutor and start offering hours?

What kind of times do people tend to go for? I'm thinking after school between 3-6 while my child is in nursery so I'm not paying extra money. Is this what people do or are weekends more popular?

Do I have to declare anything for tax/fill out any forms? I will be working part time so does anyone important need informing?

How much do people tend to charge? Is it worth the money in terms of prep time?

Do you travel to their house or do they come to yours? Does this change the price?

And finally, where do you advertise? Websites or just paper ads up in shops and wherever you can put them?

Thanks!
