Difference between 11+ and Pretest syllabuses?

My child is preparing for Pretest and attends the group tuition for 11+. Please what are the differences between syllabuses, as 11+ tuition said that hey do not prepare for Pretest. Thank you.

Why are you paying for the wrong tutor? Can't you send him to a pretest tutor?

I thought 11+ overlaps with pretest? I could not find a pretest tutor...
