I live in Ga. USA. 1999 a girl was kidnapped, rapped, and murdered. Her name was Elaine Nix. She was 18 I think. She was last seen at a pay phone . She was dumped at a convenient store. She was naked and dumped like a piece of trash. I heard a rumor that a couple of my family members was involved. Of course I do not associate with them regardless. The law hasn't done much. The family tried to get America's most wanted involved. Get this they were told there wasn't enough publicity. As you can imagine her family has taken this very hard. The way she died. Then no help to find these people that done this. I just find it so hard to believe that there was nothing for them to go on. No DNA, No witnesses,.
