What bite mark is this? Bed bugs?

Sorry in advance if this is the wrong thread for such a post. A few days ago a super red itchy bump appeared on my ankle with 3 dots that formed a triangle

I take the transit most days so no telling what I could have encountered and brought home with me.

Is this a bite or some sort of skin irritation? I have to do a deep clean if so

Fleas bite in clusters like that and ankles are a classic site.

Bed bugs tend to bite in lines and tend to be around the middle of your body. Torso, back, upper legs etc.

I think it's a three- toothed vampire.

Bed bugs usually bite in a line iirc.
