Watch her story on the Netflix show 'unsolved mysteries' season 4 episode 2. My grandma and I watched it and we're completely lost on what happened to the poor woman.

I think it was just an accident and she fell, was going in and out of consciousness in the basement from the head injury so struggled with getting up and when she did get up realised she couldnt get up the stairs so laid down to wait for help but bled out.

I think people are projecting talking about the dog, my dog wouldnt go down into a dark basement either. Actually if it had been the reason i stumbled/fell it would probably hide thinking i would be mad if id yelled out/made a commotion as i fell.
