Well it's almost definitely one of the workers at her complex.
The suspect was filmed walking back in that direction in what appears to be light overalls. She had workers living in the apartment opposite her.
Given the amount of complaints about disgusting behavior of the workers from women that also lived there (and nothing was done) I think the complex owners are also responsible for whatever happened to her.
As many of the workers had no official records I'm afraid it's highly likely her obvious murder will never be solved.

So, I fell down a rabbit hole with this, I'm now firmly in the camp it was "chino".
There is plenty written on reddit.

Terrifying case, I keep thinking about her poor parents, I just couldn't imagine never knowing what happened.

No not a worker ...a friend...as for the overalls ..no, just khaki pants and white tee shirt....so lets not be sheep and follow the main streem.....they knew each other , she decided to choose rob, he didnt exept....in old days this would be called a crime of passion.

not chino either not a worker....a friend. not overalls just khaki pants and white tee, many just following like sheep with a worker theory and chino...it wasnt either...he called to see her that eve around 10pm, they went back out in her mind to let him down gently ie shed chosen rob, he never exepted , sadley she never returned....people say no the shower wet in morning so it had to be morning...no i have a shower in evening and its still has pockets of water next day....they also say she had clothes laid out on the bed ...so it has to be morning, no dad recently said she often laid them out before she went to bed to choose for morning.....she also left her mace spray in full view on kitchen top, if morning why didnt she take it ??....because she went out with perp in the evening and never returned...they went in her car , he parked at rear of mosaic, and came to collect his car next day at her complex around 12.15pm, after leaving her car at the hotg.

@Ansdelllibrary123 I watched the podcast, it was really long and detailed and then I had a look on reddit and found extra stuff out.

The reason I say chino is he was convicted for sexual assault after Jen went missing, he made the other women at the complex feel uneasy with his creepy fucker behaviour.

Ansdelllibrary123 · 25/06/2024 12:00

yes chino was a creep for sure...but i believe not him, they knew each other and she decided to choose rob...the perp fled to his own country within a day of the crime ie mexico or similar , he wouldnt hang around the heat was on , and he was on film...he went back home for the last 18 years mixing with thousands looking the same, thats why nothing ever on him, hes not been in florida or us for the last 18 years i strongley beleive. since first week of this case.🕵

Its a terrible case @Ansdelllibrary123 it makes me wonder with her body not being recovered could she have been kept somewhere in a jaycee Lee dugaurd type of crime?
