We had one each for our two DCs. They were dreadful. In the end we bought a Canon Ixus (almost indestructable). They were more expensive, but shop around. Well worth it for us. The Dcs also got a huge kick out of having a grown up camera. The kids type ones were just two fragile, and the quality of the pics very very poor. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

we have one & the picture quality is rubbish - very disppointing for dd. Better off getting a proper (cheap) digital camera and the dc learning to take care of it!

Many thanks escorchio and saltcod.
My sister offered to buy dd a normal pink digital and I thought it wouldn't be appropriate and suggested sharing costs on on of these kiddies ones , but now I will look up the canon one and try find a pink proper digital.

Dd has this one, it's ok. Haven't actually printed any pics out though, has games on it too.

thank you CoinOperatedGirl, it seems to have some good reviews and some saying they wish the had bought a real one. My main worry is that my younger dc will break a proper camera but I'll need to think abit more on this, she doesn't have anything which is just for her to take care of and has wanted one since christmas when tesco had them in the store.
