DS and I have seen one of these in B & Q and he's set his heart on it. I've a horrible feeling they may have sold out so I'm trying to find something the same/similar online. Ha ha.

The only one I can find is this on Amazon, but it's out of stock there and anywhere else I've found it. Typical or what?

Does anyone know where this is in stock, or know of an alternative. I can't find any others that light up AND rotate. Help!!

I got one from WH Smith for dd, about two years ago though. Worth a try maybe.

Does it have automatic rotation BettyTurnip?

Ah no, sorry. Thought you meant rotating as opposed to fixed. Although thinking about it, I've never seen a non - rotating globe!

No worries Betty! I've looked on the WHSmith website as you suggested and seen one that looks quite good - Dinoz illuminated world globe. It doesn't appear to rotate automatically, but I'm thinking I'm not going to find one that does. The review on Amazon says it "spins if you want it to" - not sure what that means. Anyone know?
