Trampoline safety guide

We have just ordered a 12ft trampoline with enclosure for DS1's 7th bday. We have a big enough garden and thought that the bigger it was the less chance of serious accidents (I know it's one at a time, but I'm sure this wont happen in reality). I cant download the suppliers safety guide so I wonder if anyone has one and/or some tips. I'm quite worried but then I'm also worried about the amount of time DS1 spends infront of TV, DS, Wii. Thanks

Make sure nobody goes under it (little kids are drawn to the underside of trampolines apparently, and consequences could be nasty. Just bought a 10 ft for my DDs 4th birthday, so will watch with interest.

Thanks stinkypinky. DS2 is 22 months and I can see him going under it to explore. Perhaps we need to have some form of skirt around it, similar to the netting on the enclosure. I'll give this some thought....before next week when hopefully it will arrive.

My 22 month old never goes underneath ours. We have a TP Star which is really really high off the ground. He goes on it with my older two boys all the time and sometimes on his own. Make sure it is zipped whenever anyone is on it. No toys on it.

We use a surround with ours which we keep zipped up unless I'm on it :-) it is also on grass away from other objects and trees.
I found this which was useful. www.tptoys.com/Trampoline-Safety
