Heelys sizing advice needed!

My DD claims to be desperate for a pair of Heelys for her 6th birthday - but I'm not sure about what size to get her. Googling them tells me that you need to go up either one or two sizes , but that's not desperately helpful. I am planning to get them on eBay in case her interest in them is as short-lived as I imagine it will be, so don't want to get her all excited by going to a shop to try them on.

She's a size 13 in normal shoes.

Any advice would be very welcome!

I have a pair of size 2 heelys that dd has never worn ,bought them at xmas.you could have them for a tenner plus p&p if you fancy them ,re size you definitely need a size and a bit up.dd is one and a half and the ones I bought are a bit snug really.
