I want to get a walker for DS. Which one is better, the vtech one with the detachable front play part or the chicco baby activity walker?

Thanks

If you can, borrow a friend's walker first to see if your ds will like it. We bought the chicco one for my ds and he just stood in it, never moved, he found to too hard. This was suprising to us seeing as he was already walking while holding our hands. They are alot more difficult to move around than they used to be due to safety measures.

Don't know about the Chicco one but the VTech one plays the most annoying, stick-in-your-head tunes you ever heard.

That said both my dds loved it. I don't think they were that bothered about the detachable play part at all - they just loved pushing it around.

DD1 is 4 and we got it as a present for her first birthday and it is still in perfect condition.

DD2 is 18 months and has been walking for 5 months but still likes to push it around so it is value for money.
