Sand and water tables

Im after getting DD a sand and water table for the garden.

I like the look of the ELC one but at £45 seems abit pricey for a bit of moulded plastic.

I will get that one if I cant find anything else suitable but just wondering if anyone has got any other recommendations and ideas.

My recommendation is don't! DS1 has one - he plays with it occasionally, but we have to put fresh sand in every time, as it goes a nasty green mouldy colour really quickly with a spell of damp weather.

CAn't leave the lid off because of cats, can't leave it on cause it goes mouldy. So you're faced with the prospect of emptying the damn thing completely every time they play with it.

Tedious, IMHO.
