basically I ordered some stuff directly from a manufacturer but they forgot to put in one item - so I call and they apologised and said they'd pop it in the post.
Today I receive a HUGE box - full of stuff not mine - I'm honest so I call manufacturer and they say they'll take it away - I ask for today as quite honestly it fills up my son's room we have no other space and if he sees it there will trouble.
They say no - pick up tomorrow. So I make arrangements today.The supervisor just called - two orders were mixed up - the other person has my toy. So now she says they'll pick up today - now I say I can't guarantee I'll be in how and I have nursery runs to do but in after 3.30 if they want to take a chance. If not tomororw and I have to stay in all bloody day.
Plus now I hve to go buy masking tape to do up the box.
I'm a bit pissed off - should I be asking for a discount off my purchase given that 1. it's late because of their mix up 2. I'm having to babysit a huge box in a tiny flat and trying to keep my ds out of his own room aint easy and 3) I now have to go and buy tape to seal the box?
I found them a bit rude and like I was being obstructive. Quite honestly I think it's in my right that it was sent to me so I keep it - but don't want to - there's LOADS of stuff in their and someone has paid for it.
