Can anyone help?
We've just bought the ELC MP3 player for our dd who is 4 tomorrow. DH loaded up tunes yesterday but it didn't work. Took it back today and replacement doesn't work either. We are pretty IT literate and have tried everything that we can think of but it just does not play anything. Shop have no advice other than new batteries (we have tried this). ELC customer service is closed until further notice due to bad weather.
Anyone got one of these and have any idea if we are doing something wrong or if we really have had 2 dodgy ones.
