is there a such thing for building blocks for my nearly 5 yrs old?

as she wanted summat similar to her baby sisters building blocks but hers is very baby's.

but it was from a charity shop.

But nearly 5 is ideal to start real lego?

Planx are good for more complex and absorbing structures.

You could also try k'nex or kid k'nex, magnetix or small lego.
